HERE AND NOW

  • Think always of what you are NOW,
  • Today and Here.
  • Why think of the past
  • And brood over that?

  • What is bygone is bygone,
  • Why worry,why fret,
  • When NOW,TODAY and HERE,
  • Is pleasant.

  • Remember,ponder of the
  • Pleasant occasions,
  • Be happy,
  • Be peaceful,
  • You have  a long way to go.

  • Live for the second,minute
  • And hour and the day,
  • Live it well,
  • For you may not get the chance
  • Again.

  • Use always positive words,
  • Spread cheers and peace,
  • Wherever you are,
  • Wherever you go,
  • Be like the sun to give
  • Warmth,light and comfort,
  • For all.

  • Live a life worth for,
  • Leave happy memories behind,
  • Enjoy this life and live with
  • Grateful heart to the
  •  Almighty,
  • Who sent you in this world
  • As a trustee.

  • Let the world remember you,
  • And be happy and comfortable,
  • That you have left behind you,
  • Good words, deeds and actions,
  • Making everyone to be happy,
  • And peaceful.
  • So shall it be written and
  • SO LET IT BE DONE.

I am over 80

  • They call me a senior citizen.
  • My energy level is only 3.
  • My mobility is not that good.
  • For every single thing
  • I have to depend on others.
  • I get pains,I have small
  • Problems, I have to bear.
  • I must not lose temper,
  • Because of my pain
  • And inability and inconvenience.
  • This is all part of the game.
  • I must cultivate tact
  • And diplomacy and start
  • Showing more love and
  • Affection to one and all.
  •  I must TRY to be happy all the time,
  • See those shows  in T.V.which are
  • Very positive in nature,
  • I will have  more peace.
  •  I Listen to those songs which
  •  bring in pleasant
  • Memories.
  •  I Listen to Religious courses
  • And the stories from
  • Ramayana and Bhagawatha.
  • I listen to Arthies and abangs
  • And classical Hindi and carnatic
  • songs which keep me engaged.
  • I am happy as I am,
  • I can make others happy too.
